International best seller author Jo Nesbo recently made a short visit to Palangkaraya, during which time he experienced a colourful and dramatic Dayak dance in the back drop of the Belanga Museum. Later, travelling to a village, he met local children, walked through the surrounding forest to find jungle remedies, and later went onboard the Rahai'i Pangun to share the reminiscences of a village elder in the soft evening light.
